I offer a few different types of Massage Therapy.

If you're looking for a relaxing, easy style of massage, I've been trained in both Swedish and Esalen styles of massage - working with long gentle strokes to ease tension and reduce stress.

If you want more of a Theraputic massage, I’ve been trained in sports-specific massage, with an emphasis on the distance runner. This massage focuses on the muscles most affected by running and includes active and passive stretching techniques.

I also offer Pregnancy (pre-natal) massage for the expectant mothers. Pregnancy massage will help with the aches and pains common during pregnancy like back and leg pain. It also assists in circulation which can help reduce the varicose veins common during this time.

Another modality that I offer is Reflexology. I can offer reflexology by itself or in conjunction with another service.

Rates for my services are as follows:

1 Hour Swedish/Esalen massage $60. ($25 per additional 1/2 hour)

1 Hour Specialty massage $65. ($25 per additional 1/2 hour)

Outcall is in your home, office, or the hotel where you are staying. I will bring my table, oils, and sheets. I can also bring some relaxing background music if needed. You will need to provide a place for the massage. I will need a clean spot that is a minimum of 4 wide feet by 9 feet long – preferably in a room that is not too bright, but not completely dark, either (a small lamp or indirect sunlight is perfect).

This rate also applies to my part-time office in Grapevine at the Salon and Spa Galleria at 3549 Grapevine Mills Parkway, Suite 103.

Please note - I will travel anywhere within 10 miles of my home at no additional charge. If you're further than 10 miles, I will still be happy to schedule an appointment, but a very small additional fee may apply.
